A program stalls when only security understands it.
Post-quantum migration touches budgets, procurement, architecture, development and compliance. When each group hears a different story, the program loses months.
Our sessions use your own CBOM findings where possible, so the discussion is about your systems, not abstract math.
What you get
- Executive briefing (90 min)The threat, the federal deadlines, contractor obligations and the decisions leaders need to make.
- Engineering workshop (half day)The new algorithms, hybrid modes, library support and migration patterns.
- Audit and risk workshop (half day)How to assess quantum risk, what evidence to ask for, how to test plans.
- Migration planning lab (full day)A facilitated session that produces a first-draft roadmap.
- Course materialsSlides, reference sheets and recordings your teams keep.
- Follow-up Q&AA 30-day window to send questions to the instructor.
The process.
A typical engagement, start to finish. We agree scope and access before any work begins.
- TailorShort call to learn your environment and goals.
- PreparePull examples from your own systems where possible.
- DeliverLive sessions with exercises and open Q&A.
- AssessOptional knowledge check for each participant.
- Follow upMaterials and 30 days of questions.
Before you ask.
Do participants need a math background?
No. Executive and audit sessions are math-free. The engineering workshop assumes familiarity with TLS and public-key cryptography, not lattice theory.
Can you train a larger group?
Yes. We run larger groups as multiple sessions so everyone can take part in the exercises.
